While striking in its appearance, butterfly pea flower is subtle in flavor. We’ve blended it with organic lemongrass to create a delightful, light-bodied loose leaf organic herbal tea. The delicate herbaceous notes of the butterfly pea flower complement the soft, lemon rind flavor of the lemongrass. Both naturally caffeine free.

Preparation
Add a pinch of flowers to the beverage of your choice for color-changing magic. The addition of lemon, lime, or other high-acid fruit will enhance the blue color.
Bring 12 oz of water to a boil & add.

Steep for 15 minutes.

Strain & Enjoy!
